The return process dragged on for weeks, which was really frustrating. The warranty responses didn’t feel very helpful either, kind of vague and dismissive, like they weren’t really trying to resolve the issue.

I remember really liking the feel of the leather right away, it seemed sturdy and well-made. I can’t remember exactly which hike it was, maybe the third or fourth, but I noticed some of the stitching had started to come loose. Kind of a bummer because the leather itself still feels great

Got them muddy on a hike and cleanup was quick. No big deal.

So far, yeah. Worth it.

I really wanted to like these because they look good and seemed like they’d be comfortable for longer walks. At first, the arch support feels decent, so I thought they might work out, but after a while my feet still start getting tired quickly. They also feel a little shaky on uneven ground, which is frustrating because I expected better stability for the price. So it’s kind of mixed for me, they’re fine-looking shoes, but they just didn’t give me the solid support I was hoping for

The shoes themselves are nice enough and I don’t really have complaints there, but dealing with customer service was frustrating. It took them days to get back to me, and when they finally did, it didn’t feel like they were actually trying to fix anything. It kind of felt like they made it my problem instead of helping me sort it out

I really wanted to like these shoes, but once I got them, they just looked kind of plain and bulky to me. The colors also seemed better online than they did in person. They might be okay for hiking, but I’m not totally sure about the overall quality either. Appearance-wise, they just weren’t what I was hoping for.

To be fair, the laces do adjust, but I’ve found it can be a little tricky to get the tightness even on both sides. They’re not terrible, just not as smooth or easy to fine-tune as I’d like

At first they felt a bit stiff, but after wearing them a few times they started feeling really comfortable. I’m guessing that’s normal with shoes like this, right? Overall, I’m happy with them now

I picked up a pair from obozfootwear.com because I really needed something waterproof for muddy dog walks, and they’ve been great so far. I wore them out in heavy rain last week, fully expecting at least a little dampness, but my socks stayed completely dry the whole time.

They definitely got dirty quickly, but the mud cleaned off without much effort. The fit felt good after just one short break-in walk too, so no real complaints there. My final take: I’m really happy with them and would absolutely buy them again.

I’ve had such bad luck with stuff falling apart on me, so I was expecting this to be the same. But the leather and stitching actually feel tough, and so far it’s been holding up well. Hopefully it keeps lasting because I really don’t want to deal with another thing breaking.

I’ve taken my Oboz out on a few longer trail days, usually around 15 to 20 miles, and they’ve been really solid. They kept my feet dry enough through wet grass, and the grip felt good on loose rock. They did take a little time to break in, but after that I didn’t get any hot spots. They’re not the lightest boots, but they’re comfortable, dependable, and just plain useful on the trail. I’d definitely buy them again.

My toes started feeling cramped quick. The front is just too narrow, which is damn annoying if you’re trying to wear them for more than a few minutes.

I ordered a pair of shoes and expected the whole delivery thing to be a lot smoother. It went past the estimate, and the tracking just sat there for days like it had fallen into a black hole. Weirdly, I remember checking it while eating a pickle straight from the jar, because I was that bored and annoyed waiting for any update.

The shoes did finally show up, but the box looked banged up when it got here. I reached out to customer service and they answered, but they basically just repeated the same tracking info I could already see myself. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating

I bought these for hiking, and to be fair, the arch support is actually solid. My feet don’t feel completely destroyed after a few hours on the trail, which is always nice. They did take a bit of time to break in, because apparently comfort has to be earned, but once they loosened up they were comfy. I’d give them 5 stars if they were a little lighter, but I guess we can’t have everything.

I used these on some wet rocks and they actually slipped more than I expected. They might be fine on dry surfaces, but I wouldn’t really trust them much around slick, rocky areas.

I wore these all day and kept waiting for the usual pattern of sore arches or tired feet to show up, but it never did. By the end of the day, my feet still felt great. Definitely a good sign for me.

My feet got warm fast, which was great at first. I wasn’t expecting much, but they did the job quickly. Kind of impressive, though I guess I’m still mildly annoyed I needed them in the first place.

I picked these up because I was tired of feeling like my boots were weighing me down every time I went for a longer walk. The first day I wore them, I took them out on a trail for a few miles, half expecting my feet to start aching like they usually did with my old boots. But by the time I got back, I realized I hadn’t been thinking about my feet at all, which is always a good sign. They feel sturdy without being bulky, and I’ve ended up wearing them around town too. No tired, heavy-leg feeling afterward. i’m really happy with them. Easy 5 stars from me
